Given the perishable nature of these foods and the fact that they are intended to be consumed the same day they are received, it is essential that you contact us as soon as possible.

Procedure

Call us at +56 9 7529 7750, or send a WhatsApp message to the same number immediately on the same day you received the products and detect an anomaly. You can also send a backup email with the subject "Contact Request" to contacto@boccado.cl. During the call, we will try to understand what happened to the products for which you are requesting a review and will provide you with a solution.
